Painting

So I have painting some more. I ripped off a bunch of wall paper downstairs yesterday, and painted the kitchen on Thursday. I will have to post some new house pictures when I am done. I am sitting hear all sweaty I should shower after my bike ride this morning but you know how addicting computers can be. Gabe is out for potato harvest. Gabe also started Karate lessons last week he loves it so far, and he listened to the teacher really good. They call it something other than Karate but i can't pronouce it yet. I washed my husband's ITunes shuffle yesterday so I am in the doghouse. I heard that if you don't try and turn it on for about 5 days that it should work. I am crossing my fingers.

New Job

So Michael Shane Oldfield (my husband) got a new job this week. He went to a 2 day training this week and should start in about 2 weeks. It is a great opportunity being kind of a traveling counselor with youth from about 14 years to 22. Most of the kids have some history with the law. He will make $25 per hour billable hours, which is a pay increase for us. We are so happy for him. All the hard work for the past 6 years of school is finally worth it.

I did a little 30 mile Charity ride for kids with disabilities today to make money so they can get adaptable bikes. It was a lot of fun.
