Spray Park

When we first got to the spray park in Rexburg Gabe fell down and skinned up his knee pretty bad. That is why I don't have pictures of Gabe playing. He had to watch Lacey play the whole time. Gabe does really like the park finally, his favorite is when the bucket drops on his head. Lacey really loves it now that she can walk. she is great in the water.

Well we have finally decided to stay in Rexburg for a few more years. Mike is going to commute to Master's school...first to Idaho Falls starting in January and then to Missoula MT... a 4 hour drive. but it is only 1 day week on Monday's and it is only 10 months long. We decided to stay in Rexburg because Mike (Shane) can get a job at his intership that qualifies for the Rural Grant program that will pay off your student loan up to $50,000 (including bachelor degrees) so that pretty much made up our minds. I always said that I wouldn't live in Rexburg because it is so expensive and there are no jobs but I am now eating my words because we made an offer on a townhouse and it was excepted. It isn't even built yet. It is scheduled to be done in January 08, but we made the offer already because we can lock in the price now. The builder has told us that they will be worth $6,000 more in January. That means they are appreciating about $1,000 a month which is actually really common in Rexburg. There is a picture (as you can see) of the kitchen in the future and also how the front of the townhouses will look.

I was trying to get pictures of Lacey's curly hair. Lacey gets her curly hair from her Grandma Oldfield that past away before Lacey was ever born (So her curly hair is a nice thing)

Family Pictures

We finally got a family picture taken at my mom's house. It was right before church we only had a few minutes. I was worse than the kids. I had my eyes closed in all but 2 of them. These are the 2 with my eye open. Enjoy

Lacey's 1st Birthday at the Beezer's Train

Lacey's is now almost 14 months old we are a little behind on updating our blog. We had a great time at the Beezer's Shortline. All of the kids loved it. We sure have enjoyed that little train, maybe some of you have too.
