Well we have finally decided to stay in Rexburg for a few more years. Mike is going to commute to Master's school...first to Idaho Falls starting in January and then to Missoula MT... a 4 hour drive. but it is only 1 day week on Monday's and it is only 10 months long. We decided to stay in Rexburg because Mike (Shane) can get a job at his intership that qualifies for the Rural Grant program that will pay off your student loan up to $50,000 (including bachelor degrees) so that pretty much made up our minds. I always said that I wouldn't live in Rexburg because it is so expensive and there are no jobs but I am now eating my words because we made an offer on a townhouse and it was excepted. It isn't even built yet. It is scheduled to be done in January 08, but we made the offer already because we can lock in the price now. The builder has told us that they will be worth $6,000 more in January. That means they are appreciating about $1,000 a month which is actually really common in Rexburg. There is a picture (as you can see) of the kitchen in the future and also how the front of the townhouses will look.
